How this works?

Step 2: Wait for our reply email with payment instructions (We are using PayPal). You will be instructed to download and install a small virus-free plug-in (will uninstall itself automatically after session).
Step 3:Wait for a few seconds for connection with our server. With your permission, our support tech can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Note: You are in full control of your computer at all times and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.

How Preventive Maintenance Works?
Simply purchase one of our maintenance plans, register with your e-mail address, and we will send you a link for the required remote access software. You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in. From that moment we will do an initial PC computer system assessment and then monitor the health of your computer on regular bases. You will receive a monthly Computer Health Report and suggestions that will keep your computer happy and healthy.

In the case of a computer problem you can be connected to one of our expert engineers, who can chat with you online to help resolve the problem. With your permission, your personal computer engineer can share control of your mouse and keyboard. In this manner, a step-by-step solution can be demonstrated while you watch.
With secure remote screen sharing technology, we can troubleshoot or walk you through computer challenges just like we are sitting right there with you. We can troubleshoot your problems even when you are on business trips or vacations anywhere in the world.

STEP 2: Check the Trial and SubscribeDuring payment procedure with PayPal you will be asked for email address - we will send you instructions for next steps on that email address.Payment via PayPal©. AKAS accepts PayPal for payments from PayPal account. In order to pay with PayPal, you need to have an account with PayPal (make account when you subscribe for first time). When you select Subscribe button you will be re-directed from AKAS site to PayPal's payment site. Once directed to PayPal's site, PayPal is charged with protecting your personal and financial information. When PayPal is used, your financial information is not shared with AKAS. Once payment is complete via PayPal, PayPal will email a receipt for this transaction.
